Because of everything Tina does for the company and how highly she is spoken of amongst her coworkers, we are privileged to have her featured as our next Employee Spotlight.

Q & A with Tina
What is your favorite part of working at WCP?
I think my favorite part of working at WCP is having the opportunity to be able to help account managers obtain new business, while supporting local business in their territory. The creativity of ideas on how to help our customers are endless and it makes me proud to be a part of the process.
What is one lesson that your current position has taught you?
All of my positions through the years have taught me to continue to grow and learn new things. I may not always have the answer, but I know I have a team that will help me find it.
Do you have any advice for new people in the industry that are just starting their career?
Always appreciate the opportunity to learn something new. Work with your team of support – from all departments. When there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.
Can you share a couple of your favorite memories or stories while working at WCP?
I have so many fond memories throughout the years, but my first story would be when I first applied for the company. I responded to an ad in the newspaper for a credit and admin clerk. I wasn’t thinking that I was applying for a paper company and submitted my resume on the cheapest 20# bond. How embarrassing, but thankful I still got the job.
“Because of Tina’s many years of experience across different roles, it has made her an invaluable resource to both WCP Solutions employees and our customers. She’s quick to share her knowledge with new employees and continues to offer training and support wherever it’s needed.” – Tamara Ferguson, Director of Facility and Food Packaging Supplies
“I have worked with Tina for many years, and I can attest that she is very thorough in everything she does. She is dedicated to both our inside and outside customers to make sure every detail is checked and has taken the lead many times in Network training for our employees across the company. She’s a great “go to” and source for information regarding this segment of our business and is always willing to help if asked. Tina is a great asset to WCP!” – Patty Cone, Customer Support and ASA Coordinator
“I’ve worked with Tina for a very long time in a few different capacities now. She was instrumental in my hiring here and has been a great resource for me over the years. I can always count on her extensive knowledge of our business as a whole. And she’s always willing to help. That is what makes her so valuable to us all. Thanks for all you do Tina!” – Laurie Westberg, Kent Customer Service Manager
“Tina is one of the most knowledgeable, skilled, and passionate coworkers I’ve had the privilege of working with. In addition, Tina is an absolute blast to work with and I’m always finding myself laughing as we work through whatever challenges we face.
