A Service-Centric Approach from the Start
At WCP we offer product installation for both complex and straightforward equipment systems. Our in-house team of certified technicians follow the manufacturer’s requirements making sure everything meets the strict installation guidelines set forth by our equipment partners. During the process, our team works closely with the customer to make sure everything goes smoothly. Once installed we will coordinate onsite or remote training and education so our customers get off to a great start with their new solution.
With preventative maintenance agreements, our certified technicians reserve a spot on the calendar for your machine and answer any of your questions. During your maintenance appointment, our technicians inspect the equipment, clean it up, and make sure everything is running as efficiently as possible.
Warranty and Repair Support
If something goes wrong, our technicians are here to help. We’ll do what we can do to get you back to work and running as fast as we can. We work with our equipment partners to offer both warranty and emergency repair services.
