What’s New at WCP Converting
The WCP Converting team is known for Perfect Fit® custom sheeting, where we take large rolls and make custom sheet sizes designed especially for our customer’s projects. Custom sheeting is just part of the story in Converting where our team produces custom sheets, rolls, envelopes, and packaging prototypes all designed to perfectly fit our customer’s needs.
We are continuing to invest, grow, and optimize our Converting operations. We recently enhanced our manufacturing processes by reconfiguring our machine layouts, cross-training our teams for better resiliency, and we added an entirely new sheeting machine to our footprint. These changes have allowed WCP Converting to increase capacity, extend our maximum sheet size, and expand our substrate offerings. All of these changes are made with the ultimate goal to benefit our customers.
In addition to the upgraded machinery, we’ve recently reconfigured our team and incorporated the WCP Envelope operations under our Converting umbrella. This has allowed our manufacturing and Converting groups to work more effectively together, improving overall efficiencies which benefit customers. Our expanded in-house team is proud of the artisan quality products we convert and produce for customers each and every day.
