WCP Cares: A New Local Charity Initiative
Supporting local organizations through everyday business supplies.
Kent, Washington, May 15, 2025 – WCP Solutions announces its new charitable giving initiative, WCP Cares. This is a program dedicated to supporting organizations in the local communities where they do business. With each case of Northwest Choice Copy Paper purchased, WCP Solutions donates $1 to local charities, turning everyday office supplies into meaningful contributions. Customers can make a difference by stocking up, one carton at a time.
The WCP Cares program is active across all 14 WCP locations, with each division selecting a local organization to support. Organizations for the first year of the program range from hunger relief and youth programs to education and healthcare, reflecting the unique needs of each local region served. Eight of the charity partners have been announced:
- Backpack Buddies (Rotary Club of Kent) – Supported by WCP Kent
- Candlelighters For Children With Cancer – Supported by WCP Portland
- Helping Hands Food Bank – Supported by WCP Burlington, WA
- Family Kitchen – Supported by WCP Redmond, OR
- FOOD for Lane County – Supported by WCP Eugene, OR
- Generation Alive – Supported by WCP Spokane, WA
- Lake Lowell Animal Rescue – Supported by WCP Boise, ID
- Sacramento Autistic Spectrum and Special Needs Alliance – Supported by WCP Sacramento, CA
- Sparrow Clubs USA – Supported by WCP Medford, OR
- 1614 Revival Foundation, Inc. – Supported by WCP Idaho Falls, ID
The remaining six charity partners for the following locations are expected to be confirmed in the coming weeks: Anchorage, Kennewick, Missoula, and Redding.

The WCP Cares program is being launched alongside the introduction of Northwest Choice, WCP’s brand-new private label copy paper. Produced locally in Longview, Washington, this 20 lb., 92-bright multipurpose paper is designed for dependable performance for daily office and home printing. Northwest Choice reflects WCP’s commitment to local manufacturing, quality products, and community-focused initiatives.
