The Equipment Department at WCP Solutions Video
The WCP equipment tech teams bring expertise to our customers in a variety of ways including preventive maintenance, new installs with training and support, and emergency fixes for those times when things go down and you need help fast. Whether working at our in-house shop or out in the field at a customer’s business our teams of skilled and certified technicians are always ready and willing to help.
Services We Offer Through Our Equipment Department
- PM Services – Our preventative maintenance service is an agreement between us and our customers, letting them know that we reserve time for them on our calendar to pay the customer a visit and look at any equipment you need us to look at. This is a great way to keep your machines and products up to date. We’ll service the customer’s equipment, clean it up and make it run efficiently.
- Emergency Fixes – If something goes wrong and your repair is time-sensitive, we are here to help! As needed, we’ll redirect somebody who’s heading to a typical repair and reroute them to time-sensitive emergencies with our customers to get them up and running as quickly as possible.
- New Product Installs – We offer new product installs for complex systems to simple products for your business. We’ll start by getting the customer up and running properly and following manufacturer instructions for specific installation requirements so that everything meets the strict installation guidelines set forth by our product partners.
- Janitorial Equipment – We offer in-house solutions to diagnose and repair issues with Jansan equipment so that we’re not in the way of the customer to repair it at their place of business. We’ll bring it back to our warehouse, find the parts to fix it and return the items to you as soon as we can.
