Industry Update: Neenah Warehouse Damaged by Tornado

On Monday, July 27, 2026, a tornado caused significant damage to Neenah’s Wisconsin warehouse. We are relieved to hear that no serious injuries have been reported. Our thoughts are with the Neenah team and the surrounding communities as they begin the recovery process.
The damage is expected to have a significant impact on Neenah product availability and paper supply across the market in the near term. WCP has a long-standing relationship with Neenah, and we are in regular communication with their team as they work through this difficult situation. Neenah has a plan to move forward and we are committed to supporting them through the recovery process while staying closely informed about product availability and next steps.
For our customers we’re here to support your business and help keep your projects moving. Please talk with your WCP Account Manager about upcoming needs, especially large projects with significant Neenah paper volumes. Understanding anticipated demand will help Neenah prioritize production and rebuild inventory based on the needs of the market.
Your WCP Account Manager can help identify Neenah grades currently available in our inventory or discuss alternative product options when needed. Our local Neenah representative is available to meet with you, discuss the situation, and answer any questions you may have.
We appreciate your patience and continued partnership as we work through this situation together.
Sincerely,
Jon Thompson
Vice President of Manufacturing and Print Sales
