Printed statements and invoices are still a great option for customers who prefer physical records, need copies for internal use, or simply like having paper documents on hand for peace of mind.

At the same time, we understand that in today’s digital world, many customers find it faster and more convenient to receive statements and invoices directly by email or EDI. After more than 96 years in business, we are fortunate to have worked with some customers for decades, and many may not realize we also offer digital delivery options. Electronic delivery helps reduce the chance of documents getting lost in the mail, allows them to arrive more quickly, and can simplify record keeping by making documents easier to access when and where they are needed.
