General Online Ordering Features
The website features a user-friendly mobile responsive design that changes the layout for your computer, tablet or smartphone. We care about our customer’s privacy and utilize the latest encryption techniques throughout the site to protect your data and information.
Allows our customers to have access to over 25,000 items online. Items have live pricing and inventory levels, product information, SDS/MSDS information, and images. The catalog features powerful search and filtering tools to help you find the products you are looking for.
The Shopping List is designed to be a place to save the items you order often for quick re-ordering. The list can be managed by a WCP Solutions account manager or by the user. Managing a shopping list is easy with drag-and-drop ordering, auto-sorting, and subheadings. Our customers can create multiple lists and keep them by department, buyer or product category.
With the busy holiday season right around the corner now is the time to get some staple orders set up so you can prioritize your time and make the most of your busy day!
Our customers have access to their order history with a detailed breakdown of the items on the order, order totals, and delivery information. The online Orders History has access to all orders placed for a customer’s location either by an online user or direct from a WCP Solutions sales team member. From Order History, customers have access to copies of proof of delivery and invoice documents.
WCP customers have access to a breakdown of the items they have ordered by calendar year. This information is exportable to a PDF and/or Excel spreadsheet for analysis and budget planning. Purchase History is a great resource to review the items you have ordered in the past.
Order Approval & Budgets
You even have the ability to set up internal buyers and manage their purchases using an order approval process. The order is reviewed against the budget and the appropriate action is automatically applied. The order can be automatically submitted into the WCP Solutions system or sent to a manager for further review. This is a great tool to manage purchases at multiple locations.
